![]() My build will be ordered along with a new monitor. That del panel is a good deal, but too small and too low res. I do have a farktonne of money to blow, so I'll be picking the best of the best. I'm fine with black bars on the side if the game really insists,īut the stretching is something I probably cant deal with. I would recommend going for the x34 ONLY if you have a ****tonne of money to blow, the most economically smart investment would be the Dell S2716DG, which is an amazing deal, going for only 500 atm.įeatures 2560x1440, 144hz, G-Sync and a 27" panel. Some games will either stretch, or just play with black bars if they do not support the 21:9 aspect ratio. It's a great monitor if your game supports it, but for stuff like SC2 and CS:GO it can be very strange to get used to. I'm running my X34 off a GTX980ti (gives me 95Hz) and an i5 4670. I've had the Ulktrawide X34 21:9 G-sync for four months now and thoroughly enjoyed the magnificent scenery and story and action in Witcher3 and both additions, which all worked fine after a small 'fix' that I got through WSGF.
